At Cross Stitch, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
